The 3D Structure Viewer is intend= ed for visualization of 3D structures of biological molecules.
Using the 3D Structure Viewer you can wor= k with data from the Protein Data Bank (PDB) - a repository for the 3D stru= ctural data of large biological molecules, such as proteins and nucleic aci= ds, maintained by the Worlwide Protein Data Bank (wwPDB).
You can work as well with data from the N= CBI Molecular Modeling DataBase&= nbsp;(MMDB), also known as =E2=80=9CEntrez Structure=E2=80=9D, a database o= f experimentally determined structures obtained from the RCSB Protein Da= ta Bank.
Find the description of the 3D Structure = Viewer=E2=80=99 features below.
