Page History

The Welcome Start Page is the first page that will appear when UGENE has been is launched. 

From the Welcome Start Page you can open filesa file, create a sequence, create a workflow (use a sample workflow or create a new one), open the Quick Start Guide, and open recent files directly.  

To return to the Start Page at any time select Window->Start Page in the main menu.

To return to the Welcome Page go to the Window->Start Page main menu item.
