In the Annotation parameters group you can specify the annotations name and a group in the Annotations Editor. With a help of If the input value is a name of the sequence in the FASTA format and sequence after that you the Use pattern name checkbox you can use a pattern name as an annotation name.. For example, in the example below the annotation name will be "pattern_name":
