Select a file, threshold and format: Histogram, Per base or Bedgraph, where threshold is the minimum coverage value to export.
For Per base format the additional options are available: Export coverage value or Export bases quantity or both of them.
Use the Compress the file checkbox to compress the file.
When all the parameters are set click the Export button.
