The following parameters are available:
Algorithm The algorithm of consensus extracting. Threshold The threshold of the algorithm. Keep gaps Set this parameter if the result consensus must keep the gaps. Output Files: For each input alignment the workflow outputs separate sequence file with consensus in it.
