There are several flexible ways to navigate through an chromatogram. The simplest way is to use the mouse and the scrollbars.

Alternatively you can jump to previous/next ambiguous character or jump to previous/next variation.

To do this you can use You may jump to previous/next ambiguous character in the reads alignment and edit the characters.

After you finish the editing, use the navigation by previous/next variations to find differences between the reference sequence and the consensus.
