Primers for the running In Silico PCR can be chosen from a primers library. Primers library it is a storage for keeping user primers. The added primers are stored between UGENE sessions.

To choose a primer from the primers library click on the following button:

• Click “New Primer” for adding a new one.
• Select primers in the table (you can use Ctrl and Shift) and then click “Remove” for removing the selected primers from the library.
