To save a dotplot as an image right-click on the dotplot and select the Dotplot ‣ Save/Load ‣ Save as image context menu item:
The following dialog will appear:
Available formats are *.png, *.jpg, *.bmp, *.jpeg, *.ppm, *.tif, *.tiff, *.xbm and *.xpm.
