The Dotplot plugin provides a tool to build dot plots for DNA or RNA sequences. This allows to compare comparing these sequences graphically. Using a dotplot diagramdot plot, you can easily identify such differences between sequences as mutations, invertionsinversions, insertions, deletions and low-complexity regions.
Also the plugin provides advanced features: comparing multiple dotplotsdot plots, navigation in a dotplotdot plot, dotplots dot plots synchronization, saving and loading a dotplotdot plot, etc.
