Usage

mfold only works with DNA or RNA sequences. You can call trigger the dialog from
by selecting the Global Sequence View actionsappropriate Sequence View Global action 
or Main Menu→Actions→Analyze through the Main Menu→Actions→Analyze                    
or the context sequence menu→Analyze  Image Removedthrough the Sequence Context Menu→Analyze             Image Added
